4 Thin Slices of Brie, or another creamy white cheese
8 Ounces Leftover Roasted Turkey
To prepare sauce, whisk together ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside
Heat a grill, grill pan, or panini press to medium heat. Spray 2 slices of bread with cooking spray and lay onto the grill
Top each slice with 2 slices of cheese. Add the cranberry sauce and turkey
Spread 2 remaining slices with mustard sauce. Invert the bread so as to layer the sauce on top of the turkey and cranberry with the final slice of bread
Spray top layer of bread with cooking spray and close press, if using one. Otherwise, use a heavyweight such as a pot full of water over a baking sheet and grill the sandwiches 3 to five minutes on each side
Cut on a diagonal and serve with chips or a warm cup of soup. Enjoy!
