Sweet Flight

1 – Stray Cat Strut – semi-sweet
A refreshingly crisp, fruity Catawba wine with hints of grapefruit. Perfect for any occasion

2 – Moscato – sweet
Made from the Muscat Blanc grape, this smooth sweet wine exudes tropical notes and a light citrus finish

3 – Tears of Gettysburg  – sweet
Our hallmark wine since 1988 is a smooth union of Vidal, Seyval, and Niagara.

4 – Rebel Red – sweet
This sweet Concord blend is our most popular red wine. The taste resembles that of a freshly picked grape.

 

Dry Flight

1- Seyval  – dry
Complex notes of straw, ripe peach, and honeydew melon. Has a nice bite on the first sip & a delicious citrus finish.

2- Chardonnay- Vintner’s Reserve – dry
This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in French oak barrels, then bottled unfiltered to preserve the wine’s balance and mouthfeel. Notes of walnut, caramel, citrus, lemongrass, and eucalyptus.

3 – Turning Point – Vintner’s Reserve – dry
Notes of freshly crushed wild berries and ripe red currant with aromas of leather, smoke and tobacco.

4 – Harvest Blend – Vintner’s Reserve – dry

Notes of pinecone, eucalyptus, and Macadamia nuts from the oak, followed by aromas of red berries, red plum, and cherries.
