Requirements & Physical Expectations

To ensure our team members succeed in their roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Be 18 years of age or older (21 for some positions).
Possess a valid driver’s license (if driving is a job requirement).
Work occasional weekends and evenings.
Be able to lift and move cases weighing up to 40 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods (up to 8 consecutive hours).
Navigate stairs and adapt to indoor and outdoor environments that range from hot to cold, dry to wet.

Specific vision abilities (close vision) are required, and you’ll need strong communication skills for marketing and interacting with the public. Safety-consciousness and the ability to multitask and prioritize are essential.

Our work environment is as diverse as our wines. Some days will be calm and quiet, while others will be fast-paced and lively. Whether working indoors or outdoors, you may encounter a mix of weather conditions, animals, and insects, making adaptability a key trait for our team members.
