Frequently Asked Questions

When 12 bottles (a case) are ordered, there is an automatic 10% discount applied. However, if you have purchased a case with us before, you are entitled to a 15% (2-4 cases) or 20% discount (5th case or higher). You would have received a shipping code in a previous e-mail from the winery which will give you your appropriate discount. If you need this code, feel free to call us at 717-334-1381.

Someone 21 years of age or older must sign for the wine delivery. UPS will make three attempts to deliver your wine. If no one is available to sign for the shipment after the third try, the wine will be shipped back to the winery. In order to ship the order again, the original shipping fee, plus the fee that was applied to send the wine back to the winery must be paid. If there is a question of someone being home to sign for the order some guests have chosen to ship to their work, a friend or relative.

Yes. The winery does not recommend shipping when temperatures are above 85 degrees or below 20 degrees, as this can cause damage to the wine, glass bottle or in some cases cause the closure of the bottle to pop off. The winery will contact you to inform you of any delays caused by temperature or weather issues. In some instances, the temperature may be within range where the shipment is arriving, but we track the weather for the entire route to ensure nothing could happen before it reaches its final destination.

Although we attempt to process your order as quickly as possible, it could take up to 1-2 weeks for you to receive your order. Once your order is ready you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so you can track your shipment. Allow 24 hours after receiving the tracking number to give your package time to leave the UPS facility.

If your package is damaged when it arrives, please take photos. You will then need to call the winery at 717-334-1381 to report the damage so that we can contact UPS to start a claim.

If there is an error with the shipping address, UPS will charge a correction fee, which will be passed along to you. Please double check that all of the information is correct when entering your order information.

Unfortunately, UPS will not allow other merchandise to be shipped with a wine order. If you wish to purchase glasses or any other non-wine items, please contact us at 717-334-1381 and we can help you with a merchandise order.

Because our candles are gel they are not able to be shipped.

Weather Considerations
Wine is a delicate product, and extreme weather can compromise its quality. To ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition, we closely monitor national weather forecasts. During periods of excessive heat (above 85°F) or extreme cold, we may issue shipping advisories or hold shipments temporarily to protect your order.

Adult Signature Requirement
Per federal regulations, an adult 21 years or older must be present to sign for any delivery containing alcohol. UPS requires this signature upon delivery. To avoid delays, we recommend monitoring your shipment via the UPS tracking system and ensuring someone 21 or older is available to receive your order on the delivery date.

If UPS makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to the winery. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. To resend your order, you will need to cover an additional shipping fee.

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that processing may be delayed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.
