Join us for an unforgettable experience as Lori Stewart from Gettysburg Olive Oil leads a unique balsamic and wine pairing class! Lori, a connoisseur of culinary pairings, will guide you through the art of matching rich, aged balsamic vinegars with carefully selected wines. Discover how the complex flavors of balsamic can enhance and complement different wine profiles, adding depth and dimension to each sip. Whether you’re a wine lover or a foodie at heart, this class will offer a fresh perspective on flavor pairing and leave you with new ideas to bring to your own table. Reserve your spot for some delicious learning!

Your class will include: Skewers of cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil. Paired with Italian Herb balsamic and Stray Cat Strut, a Catawba wine. Plain goat cheese paired with Fig balsamic and Splash of Summer, a Fredonia wine with notes of watermelon. Pesto parmesan dipping spice with Greek extra virgin olive oil, with focaccia bread and Goldie’s Apple Berry Bliss, a blend of apple wine and strawberry juice. Finally, yogurt covered pretzels with stuffed olives and our Hallmark wine, Tears of Gettysburg, a smooth union of Vidal, Seyval and Niagara.
