WHO ARE WE?

Adams County Winery is south central Pennsylvania’s largest wine producer and longest continually operating winery. The Farm Winery has the largest gardens and seasonal outdoor seating area of any winery in Adams County and is home to the Terrace Bistro, featuring a large outdoor wood-fired pizza oven.

We opened ours doors in 1975 in Orrtanna, PA. The Farm Winery sits on 40 beautiful acres of never ending rolling hills and farmland. The winery operates out of an 1860’s bank barn and is a registered historic bank barn of Adams County. In 1988, our Tears of Gettysburg was born and remains one of the oldest wines in Pennsylvania. Our vineyard is home to five different varieties of grapes, spanning over 12.5 acres. We also have the Gettysburg Wine Shop location, right in the heart of downtown Gettysburg.
