This complex Chardonnay was fermented and aged in French oak barrels, then bottled unfiltered to preserve the wine’s balance and mouthfeel. Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay boasts notes of toasted walnuts, soft caramel, butterscotch, citrus, lemongrass and eucalyptus. Pair your bottle with Atlantic salmon on a cedar plank and rosemary sprig, baked clams, bay scallops in a butter and herb sauce, cream of mushroom chicken, Comté cheese, Gruyère cheese, or Taleggio cheese.
